The server crashes the first time it tries to start with a database created with a version older than Jun2015

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Start the mserver with a database create with version Jun2015 or older
2.

Actual Results:

server crashes

Expected Results:

the database is upgraded
