Changeset 3d1afd974f11 made by Sjoerd Mullender sjoerd@acm.org in the MonetDB repo, refers to this bug.

For complete details, see http//devmonetdborg/hg/MonetDB?cmd=changeset;node=3d1afd974f11

Changeset description:

ODBC: Implemented scalar function conversions (e.g. {fn concat('a','b')}).
This is not very well tested since there are many functions to be converted.
This fixes bug #3092.
